What to include
Tell us the device you are using, the email on your Heedli account, and what you were trying to do. Please do not send unnecessary medical, school, or family documents by email.
Heedli is not an emergency service. If anyone may be at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services, NHS 111 or 999 as appropriate, your GP, local crisis support, social care, school safeguarding leads, or another appropriate professional service.
